Sunflower Park is a beautiful and peaceful, remote, residential property situated in the beautiful area of Laughton in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. It is set within a 5 acre plot and includes paddocks, a well stocked fishing lake (for use by visitors only), private woodland walk, children's play area and open pastureland.
Sunflower Park provides a loving forever home for Newfoundland Dogs, numerous ex-battery hens, Cockerills, pigs, a family of Geese, 2 fabulous Donkies from Sidmouth Donkey Santuary, Rabbits, Alpacas, Sheep, Guinea Pigs, Ferrets, Shetland Pony and many more.
We have completed a redesign of the original lake, replanting many trees and pond plants that we rescued before the 'big dig'. In addition we have added 7 fishing pegs. Our wish was that all pegs are generous in size, easily accessible and every peg can fish a number of features, at easy reach. We hope you will see this in the photos in our Gallery.
Sunflower Park's boundary runs directly into Laughton Forestry Commission, surrounding you by beautiful trees, home to wildlife such as deer, fox's, owls, rabbits, Jays, pheasants, cuckoo's, woodpeckers, all of which are in seeing and hearing distance from where you will be sited. This idyllic fishing and camping park caters for all your holiday needs - appealing to couples and families alike who seek a peaceful holiday in secluded, picturesque surroundings.
Sunflower Park has electric hook-ups that are run on renewable, battery stored energy. Our toilets / showers / washing up areas etc has a new tank area where all water / waste is filtered resulting in all the clean water being taken back down into the lake. Generators / Fire Pits / Dogs are permitted. Recycling facilities are available on site.
Showers are included at no extra cost and we offer laundry facilities for a very small cost of £1.
SUNFLOWER PARK is beautiful and peaceful. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Stop by SUNFLOWER PARK to see for yourself.
